Colorado didn't use to have bad traffic, that was brought by californians, not only they have bad driving habits (so opposite of Coloradans) but so many moving here caused the horrendous traffic we now have.

Traffic's a nightmare here now, all thanks to those Californians!

You had to get political, didn't you? If conservative politics are that bad why are so many blue states people moving to red states? It's the economic policies that makes a state affordable, and that's the number one reason californians are leaving.

Foreigners can't buy property in the Philippines, with the exception of condos which are considered a fractional ownership. Foreigners can't own property within 100 KM of the boarder or 50 KM of a coast line in Mexico.

Thank you for sharing this valuable information! It's important for foreigners to be aware of the property ownership restrictions in different countries before making any investment decisions.

That's not 100% true. Lots of American communities in tijuana playas and rosarito. They can get 99year leases.
@ROE6755 ай бұрын
@@TheCrazierz That is true but that's not what the title of the video says. When you say buy that indicates ownership of the property. At 99 years it's fine but as the years tick away it is going to depreciate in value where a true ownership stake would at least have the possibility of appreciation. But you are absolutely correct in that someone who had a 99 year lease would, barring extreme advances in medical science, have a home for the rest of their life.
