Unfortunately, the aircraft will not fit anyone under 5'8" or so, despite having adjustable rudder pedals. Not a problem for most males, but rules out most female pilots. No amount of cushions or adjustment makes it flyable. Same issue with the Van's RV-12. I wish designers of current LSAs would think of both adjustable pedals and adjustable seats. Or if nothing else, a wider range foot pedal adjustment. The Diamond series has it, as does even the Beech T-34. Both can be flown easily by a mere five footer. Or a 7 footer.

I fly with someone that is 5’2” and flies find with the foam added to the seats since they Velcro in

@@N937LC Wow. We have one in our club --- really nice -- but I tried everything to get good proper full throw on rudders and couldn't even get close. I need cushions with the 172 also, but I can make that work. The Bristell is really the first plane I have ever encountered (out of about three dozen types I've been checked out in over 40 years of flying) that there is no way at all to make it work for me, at 5'2". Its not even close. I've sat a couple of times in the RV-12is at a neighbor flight school with a similar experience. Five mins of fussing and I knew it was a Bristell repeat. (Yes, I know....try growing. They've got fat pills these days, so maybe soon there will be grow pills. I can hope.)

My instructor is a short female. She also adds pillows behind the seats.

In another video, you mentioned that someone could take delivery of a new aircraft in as little as one month. Is that still true? Or if not, what is the time period? And I assume it would (obviously) depend on how custom the aircraft is??

Love the Bristell however as I am restricted in some movement a low wing is really not an option. I have been waiting for the B8 Highwing for a while. What is happening with it?
