What's the purpose of this insulation? Is that for heat? How many days does it take to build this steel warehouse?

Insulation keeps the heat in during the winter and keeps the heat out during the summer. Many people in this climate put a mini-split heater/Air Conditioner in buildings like this in our climate.

When Keller started, I thought how cool European German but then they started making the basement ceiling! Why not cast it out of reinforced concrete? Instead, put in a nasty wooden ceiling where you can hear every step. The rest is typically American cheap! Really boring .

For the foundation, why did they pour the cement on 80% of area on 7/24, then finished the small square on 8/3? why not do it all at once?

Did they really pour concrete footing for the entire back fence? I am all for high school sports but the cost on these town stadiums and fields are borderline criminal when budgets for things that matter more are almost always more neglected. Hays High School must have a construction business intertwined somewhere in the administration and budget lobbyists. "shrug" nice astroturf, hopefully they can get their moneys worth out of it.

The engineer for this home is terrible. Who would sign off on that much wasted space in the roof design? For a tiny bit more they could of had a real second floor. This house is a HUGE waste of lumber and space. This looks more like a local credit union then a house.

Nonsense 😄In Europe, the construction is made of reinforced concrete. Then some brick, itong and no hurricanes and such. It's not more expensive. What is this craze for weak wood slats. Not eco at all. How much forest goes into it. We are not the 18th century. Pity. They are lying to you
