Most printers probably don’t need supports for arches like that, if you’ve ever done a benchy it has a perfectly horizontal bridge and it supports it completely fine

The archway is probable less than 45 degrees and does not need supports

I just can't believe these samsung c##ts are still allowed to even operate, how does the public not know about this. My samsung qn90a just bombed out after 2yrs and was only being used max 3hrs a day. I have the power loop issue and seems to be an issue with the screen. Just can't believe the amount of money I spent on this shit. It's absolute rape. I hope I am able to boycott this brand that they remove their products from stores. Samsung should actually be taken to court.

OK so I have a wild issue with this. So I did this tape fix. It's the exact same TV. Most of the screen looks good but the left side looks dull, just like yours at the end of the video. But what I noticed is, on Netflix, most of the movies are the same way. Left side looks dull, right side looks good. BUT..... certain movies I put on through Netflix look perfect! Almost like the color corrects itself. I start the movie, and the whole movie looks amazing. But when I back out and go to scroll through a different movie on Netflix, we're back to the dull colors. I can go through 15 movies and it's the same way. Then all of a sudden I pick another movie, and the colors itself and they looked great. Why on earth would it do this? At first I thought I was picking 4K movies and it was doing that. But not all 4K movies look great. Some turn out perfect, and then we're back to the dull picture on other movies. Very strange..

I saved my TV from the scrapyard. Thx! But i want to know more about the tape size (width) and position on the strip. I tried several different widths and positions and still have some color issue with one side of my screen. Is there a perfect or desired location for the tape?

to save your spoil board, sandwich another piece of wood in between with tape/glue. this gives you clearance to cut into the entire intended piece. 6mm mdf is is cheap and can be used over and over until it falls apart. if you decided to upgrade your bed to railed (highly advised) - this technique is a MUST also, the offline controllers are worth their weight in gold. it's so much easier to jog the machine with a touchscreen than you pc/laptop - you most definitely won't regret buying one

Hey DJ,, just like @rawmedialabs this worked for me,,, I tried to do those exact pins and I have horizontal lines not a ton but its a little annoying,, If I replace that small ribbon will it fix the problem permanently? @rawmedialabs, did you find a permanent solution?

I'm going to try and narrow down the exact pin to see if it gets a clear picture, but ideally would like to permanently fix the issue

DJ, I got ahold of the same TV, went through your steps. The fix worked, except I can’t get the “reds” right, and it’s driving me nuts. Would replacing the the display panel boards on the bottom provide a permanent fix? I’d love to be able to use the TV, but when your favorite NFL team’s colors are Red, this just isn’t cutting it for me. Thanks for all the info you’ve shared.

What would you do if the issue was with the other half of the screen where there aren't the pins to cover up with this model?

My 11 year old 32" Samsung TV screen went dark today (like it's night time and hardly can make out the TV show characters) but did not go completely out. Is it maybe a video card? I guess with my TV 11 years old I should replace the TV or can it be fixed inexpensively? I unplugged it and back in didn't fix it.

I'm curious to see what you think about my issue: I have a Samsung 75 inch LCD (circa 2019) model television. Not sure if you know the answer to this (or anybody watching) but my symptoms are that when you go to turn it on, the (Samsung) logo comes on solid at first… and then these horizontal lines develop (which chops up and dims the picture a bit)... and then the TV shuts off and goes through that cycle again. (And again) for a while… But it does finally turn on within 15 minutes and works fine. Usually for 10 minutes + it reboots, over and over again. When it's just about to turn on and work (which it does usually in less than 15 minutes of letting it cycle like this) it finally gets past the logo and you start to see the main MENU screen, etc. and then the horizontal lines develop and then it shuts off ... and restarts and then FINALLY, it comes on for a few seconds (with the sound of whatever the TV show is that's playing or whatever) then, it usually goes through one more cycle... and then it stays on (and works perfectly, from that point on (until you turn the TV off again). I'm wondering if that's a power board issue (rather than a main board issue, or?). According to the seller who sold it to me, It did start occurring, just after a lightning storm. Do you think replacing the whole power board would do the trick in fixing it? Short of that, is there a particular part (or two) on the power board that would usually be the culprit that I could replace for a lot less money than replacing the whole power board? Even if I have to pay about 125 bucks for a new pwr board, I think it would be worth it. (It's a great TV once it stays on). Thanks!

I have Samsung TU7000 58” and it keeps rebooting. It starts up shows the Tizen smart tv. Then in few seconds it shuts off and starts again. Keep doing it. What could be wrong with it?

I have the same TV and I found it near a dumpster. I fixed it with tape and it lasted about a year on and off. But it’s finally done. No good!!
