@journaling with nadia I LOVE this video via " menu / meal " planning or tracking, as it comes it handy for someone like me, who is *trying* to lose weight. 😣😖😩😫 That said, I don't like the idea that a person can record just a day or week of meals. I would have to find a method that records meals for the ENTIRE month, I just haven't figured out how to as yet. 🤔

I have also been apprehensive of using a Dutch door system. My journal is very practical to help me survive my life. But I noticed that I could use a more condensed monthly/weekly spread. So I am using a variation of your Spread 1 for February. I am excited to try something new in my journal. This may be my new staple spread. ☺️

I really liked the numbers 1, 2 and 4 for their simplicity and hint of colour. I'm super lazy so they'll work perfect. All your examples are very neat nevertheless. 🫶🏻

Actually this idea itself is real cool and aesthetic but what I like to do is i draw on my phone with my finger,get an A4 canvas and if you're wondering I use ibis paint x,it's completely free you gotta check it out.i draw and then print it with a Lazer printer from my near convenience store.i apply scotch tape on the printed side and dip them in water.after waiting for about five minutes,I take them out and remove the paper from the tape using my thumb and there u go! You have a lot of cute, transparent and aesthetic stickers in under a dollar!
