I hope all Is well. Just wanted to pop Over and wish you and your family blessings always. I just picked up the same crab meat at Walmart . I like to try this. Nice little char in it and nice seasoning. Great snack for football season. Low carb too. Nice one Brandon.

Growing up my parents always took us to a local restaurant that served the yummiest chicken croquettes. I can't wait to try the salmon version.

YUM! I don’t have a griddle like you have so I cook cod and other delicate fish on my bbq by placing a cast iron frying pan on the grill. It works great. Thank you and take care!

Nice job man! Question......do you have any regrets on your smoker choice? I'm between this and the bronco. I prefer having more space if needed which is why I'm leaning towards this. How highly do you recommend the Bandera?

Great video can't wait to try some of your recipes. I love Adobo, but that sodium is through the roof! Direct heat on the Joe is the only way to do thighs if you want that crispy skin. Thighs, Leg quarters, wings, burgers, sausages and hot dogs on the Joe is the only way to go. Now for ribs, pulled pork, brisket, chicken breast and turkey breast the 22 inch kettle with indirect is best imo.

I literally just bought one of these to add on top of some spicy ramen and I was looking for ways to cook it. I didn’t even notice it said cook in the bag! 😂 thanks for the review! I’m going to try it this easy idiot-proof way for my first time 🤓💕

Because it said I wasn't concerned with temp. That's why I show what I was doing so if you follow the same you'd be just fine.

I’m a Ohio girl who grew up on the mackerel patties which I didn’t like and my mommy could slay in the kitchen. So when I grew up and I made my own family I use salmon and we had baked beans, savory and sweet..gotta love it yummy yum yum 🤤

Gimme some of that! Hah, hah! The Good Lord knows that I surely wanted some of what you grilled up in this video! I just happened to have some nice pork steaks to grill up on my small portable Weber gas grill, so I went to the internet for some direction on how to do that! The link to this video popped up, and my wife followed your instructions as close as she I could with the limited spices that we had on hand at the time. Oh, man... did those pork steaks come out Great! Needles to say, you now have a new subscriber! And... as I am a practicing Southern Baptist Christian, I now have a new Brother in Christ! May God richly Bless you in all that you do!
