Mine has been leaving brownish stripes....i made sure that the bedknife was level....you guys sent me some newer bedknife bolts thinking the adjustment bolts were loosening while mowing. I checked every 4 passes and it is still cutting paper. Any thoughts or ideas? Thanks

WOW! You read my mind! Yesteday was the firt time I used my Revoluiton. The reel stayed engaged after I turned it off and I had no idea what to do. After work Im going to try your soultion and see if it works!

I've had my mower for a little over 2 weeks. The reel doesn't free spin when the mower is off and the reel is disengaged. I've also had two occasions where even though I engaged the reel, it did not turn. The first time I had to give it more throttle and get it off the grass. The second time (yesterday) I had to turn it off, spin the reel manually for a bit and then try it again. Any idea what may be causing this?

Lee, I asked last Fall about the maximum HOC on the Revolution and the 1.5" hasn't changed. You mentioned that the next generation of the Revolution might have a higher HOC. Having a KBG lawn in NW Ohio, I prefer a 2" HOC and I'm worried about a lower cut during our summers. Have you considered a higher max HOC?

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I can’t find a video anywhere where you just talk about adjusting the reel to bed knife and how it is recommended it should be as far as what the final adjustment should be

Wish I had a Revolution 26 to backlap! One day I’ll replace a 19yr old 20” TruCut that I bought 4 yrs ago getting into reel mowing. But until then I’ll keep buying those replacement parts from your store.
