It's 2024 and Steve is still incarcerated. The new circuit court judge may make a difference. The prior one was never going to allow an evidentiary hearing even when instructed to do so by the Court of Appeals. There's 2 witnesses now stating BoD was in possession of the RAV4 between Oct 31, 2005 and Nov 5, 2005 - their evidence is yet to be tested by a Court. There's also a lot of crazy theories going around, which KZ dismissed in a recent tweet. I'm hoping 2024 is Steve's year and that this will be resolved ASAP.

in the closing argument iN steven averys case the defence rightly said their was no evidence teresa was slain in stevens bedroom as krantz insisted it had, krantz then told the jury she WAS NOT killed in his bedroom but in the garage". he then told the jury in the brendon dassy case in his opening statements again claimed he would prove teresa was slain in stevens bedroom" how can he do that when he affirmed to the jury in stevens case that she didnt, both of his statements could be totally false, but IF their was any truth in it ONLY one could be true. HOW IS IT LEGAL FOR HIM TO LIE IN OPEN COURT IN FRONT OF EVERYBODY ITS DISGUSTING AND DOWN RIGHT CRIMINAL. SOMEBODY TELL ME HOW A PROSECUTOR CAN LIE LIKE THIS AND NOTHING IS SAID.

I’m not sure if Steve is 100 % guilty, that being said 100% he is a violent man, DV beating his first wife, and his girlfriend, who was on M a M is deathly afraid of him and believes he did kill her and of course soaking a cat in gasoline and throwing it into a fire is disgusting, demonic and 1 of the signs of a killer so, for me I don’t mind if he’s in prison, I do feel bad for Brendan D

Mark Geragos appears on On The Record with Greta Van Susteran stating... "You'd be hard pressed to find a prosecutor who couldn't put together an indictment let alone a conviction." He explains why he believes Scott Peterson will eventually be proven guilty. "It would have to be the greatest of coincidences that he goes to this marina, that it just so happens that four months later a females torso shows up, that a baby boy shows up, that it happens to be in the same area where this guy went, that this guy happens to have on his computer the currents and the tides, that he says the last time he saw her is when he left her there in the neighborhood and that he's having an affair on top of it. You combine that all together-theres a lot of guys sitting in prison on a lot less evidence. And his defense at this point is 'Oh my God, somebody else must have done it and was trying to set me up by dumping the bodies into the general vicinity of where I was and it just so happens that I had the tides and the current locations on my computer because I was going fishing anyway.' I don't think it's ever going to wash." He changed his tune pretty quick for a million bucks.

Soooo his "evidence" of Scott not doing it is that he had no markers of someone who would have done it. Wow such powerful evidence! Come on MAN! People that have no prior violent behavior kill all the time. There is an overwhelming amount of circumstantial evidence for him being the killer. He did not get a fair trial but he is still guilty.

So many problems and people are so split. A few things: 1.There is no such thing as being "found innocent" but it's found "not guilty" of the crime as charged. There is no doubt that Scott Peterson is an adept and charming liar. Once the jury saw that, and Amber Frey hit the scene, being able to tell her experience of Scott and the taped conversations, then people made the leap that if he lied to his mistress about just about everything, then he just cannot be believed in anything he said or says. This is why his denials make people angry. They think he's lying. If he had testified, they would say, "He's lying to US now. CONVICT HIM." But there were the interviews with Gloria Gomez, local reporter in Modesto, CA and of course Diane Sawyer (in which he looks all medded up, IMO). Everyone saw those and everyone thinks he lied to all of us. The prosecution was clearly flailing and losing until Amber Frey hit the scene. I don't really like Scott Peterson, personally, and I believe he's narcissistic besides being manipulative. But those things do not a murderer make all by themselves or all of the entertainment industry and most politicians would be in prison and we wouldn't have an entertainment industry or anyone in government. Which may not be a bad thing.

Our justice system needs more people like her, it might actually work then. I may have missed it but why has the fact that the Avery's own a wrecking yard & have a car crusher not been more of a factor? If Steven did kill her, why would he not crush the car to really hide it? He had 3 days to do that, whoever "hid" her car wanted it to be found! That's always bugged me.

This was a Satanic killing from beginning to end. Followed by a cover-up. You would be shocked at how high this goes. The Satanic groups love to kidnap pregnant women and keep them alive until it’s time for the baby to come out so they could sacrifice it. That’s why they didn’t find their bodies for a long time. So when women are putting their information on Facebook and other social media. The Satanist are shopping on these websites for the next victim.

I can't believe that people are impressed with Zellner and her crazy theories Zellner now agrees that the blood in the RAV4 was NOT planted by the police. This was already obvious by virtue of the FBI chemist's testimony that there was no EDTA in the blood found in the RAV4. Apparently, she has done more testing and unequivocally asserts that it was FRESH blood of Avery's. This issue was a significant part of MAM1 and any police planting conspiracy has been completely debunked. Undeterred , she now claims Dassey/Tadych crept into Avery's trailer, scooped up blood that was on Avery's sink and planted it in the RAV4. How do we know that there was fresh blood on the sink? Steven Avery says so. This, despite the fact that 99.9% of the population would wash the blood down the sink. Not Steve Avery. Anyone who would buy this cockamamie theory has to be the most gullible person on the face of the earth. The only salutary aspect of this contention is that it puts to bed many of the wild allegations in the documentary. 1. The deletion of voicemails on Teresa's phone-Ryan Hillegas/Teresa's brother were involved..They were deleting incriminating messages-Apparently not if Tadych/Dassey did it 2.Andy Colburn was looking at the RAV4 when he called dispatch-Well, if Dassey/Tadych tried to frame Avery with his blood, why would they then drive the RAV4 off the property? To then dump it in a ditch? Why? If they planted the blood in the RAV4, they then would have driven the car to the place where Pam Sturm ultimately found it. This also undermines the testimony of this new found witness who claims he saw Dassey/Tadych pushing the RAV4 down Avery road. Why would they be pushing the car down the road if they already planted Avery's blood in the RAV4. Colburn has sued Netflix for defamation. 3. The two remaining contentions in MAM1 are that the police moved Teresa's cremains onto the Avery property and that Teresa's key was planted in Avery's bedroom. Despite the fact that Teresa's remains were inextricably intertwined with the detritus of the fire and there were numerous officials from BOTH Manitowoc county and Calumet county present, the Avery true believers think that these officers moved Teresa's cremains from somewhere to the Avery burn pit. Where did they find the cremains? No idea. How did they know it was Teresa? No idea. Who gave the order to move the remains? No idea. I can just imagine the conversation. "Hey , throw me Teresa's skull. I want to place it closer to Avery's trailer" "Does anyone have her femur? That would really help" And these were primarily Calumet county personnel. I'm sure they just went along in solidarity with their Manitowoc brethren. 4.The key seems suspicious at first glance. But if you were going to plant a key in Avery's bedroom, why would you plant it on the floor. You would, of course, pretend to "find" it in some out of the way place in Avery's room. The fact that it was found on the floor actually buttresses the argument that they were telling the truth and the key fell from Avery's bookshelf. Zellner's scientific tests in MAM2 were mostly laughable and the recent appellate decision treated them as such. I have no idea why Zellner is so revered. She is a wealthy Chicago attorney. Most attorneys would absolutely kill to represent wrongfully accused citizens. Particularly if they stand to benefit from the inevitable civil suit. We'll see how long that she stays invested in this one as she realizes that there is no $ here.
