If its more then 60 days then kindly send them mail for your status, Because it wont take more then this. Until they have asked to submit any paper and they are waiting for that. Hence check your mails and if there is no mail from them then send them mail.

Brother I know in any conditions when they refuse the visa they did not provide any reasons just give one letter by saying same line , (There is reasonable doubt that the applicant will use the intended visit for purposes other than those indicated.) and I even don't know what to do in that case. In work permit cases I had word with them hence i know what should be done but in other cases I really don't have exact answer. I am so sorry brother.

My Younger Brother, for your 1 question the answer is For Tourist Visa you can provide the Hotel address , But for Work you cant provide the hotel address, Because with permit there is approval of your address proof letter comes. 9 months, then there is something wrong brother, In most of the cases if your company is not that good then this happen. Other wise maximum time is 30 to 50 days.

Actually in Malta there are some new policy and rules has been applied recently. Hence they are checking which company follows under that. May be thus why they are taking time with your principal letter.

May be the company or agency whom you applied to are not able to provide proper paper work to identita Malta. Other wise Normally company give pressure for Principal letters. @@khapangitravel9828 sister I have one bad news ...am not going to Serbia ...I cancelled that all Serbia to Hungary program ...bcoz I contact some of the Hungary indian people,now situation very bad ,jobless ,many problem going on ...new rules launch in Hungary we can't renew trc more than 3 yrs ...after 3 yrs ,should be apply work permit again after going India ....we can't renew trc inside Hungary after 3 years ,should be exit India ,and after tax deduct low salary at all sister 😔. Sorry to hear that brother, As you informed i know only few good company's are left, Now even government limit of foreign nation employment is almost finish hence the people who are apply are getting rejection more offen and that of without proper clarifications. But i would like to inform you that if you reach there you can also apply in other Schengen country's while working in Serbia. So by this way you can keep on working and you don't need to come to your Native country until you want. And your visa process can also be done there it self.

Brother , Its not just with you i have check with my cases also it is showing like that. I had word with Serbia embassy , They informed me that there are some process in steps now . Once the 1 step complete it started to show as updated, then second 2 step. so on. So we have to wait until the status will change to accepted or rejected. they informed that now a days the process timing has been increase till 45 to 50 days. And one more thing they do respond to mail the only thing is they take time. Because they have separate department for that.
