I have a Zumba instructor training may 15 and I’m supprt excited and taking the group fitness certification exam is required so I’m deciding which is best the AFFA or ACE. I don’t know much about fitness but I love love love Zumba and love dancing overall.

I have had sisterlocks for 3 1/2 years. My outbreaks occur around my hairline and in the very back of my head buy my locs are thriving.

I noticed my sisterlocks are breaking off at the root...maybe from thinning sisterlocks. Its not alot but I am still concerned. Please tell me what I can do to combat this

Hey! Maybe consult with your loctician about this issue! It could be your locs are getting retightened too often, or are too tight.

I don’t know what products you are using doe the seborrich dermatitis, but myself and all in my family with SD used KeraCare “Dry & Itchy Scalp shampoo and conditioner and it works WONDERS. We did all the prescriptions and such and this stuff works the BEST. You can purchase it in most beauty stores and also in Walmart in the Smart Salon shop. We have used this for more than 20 years!
