Mostly Everybody has some or other kind of trauma. That means the doctors offices should have a yoga room ! And insurance should pay for my Yoga classes! And massage classes! Massage therapists need to be certified into yoga and ethics!

Should I remove the shirt and be bare chested to get the same feeling , when I bring my hands towards the chest , as I get when hands are moved towards each other?

Let this be a wise lesson to everybody that's going through something right now: you can get to this man's beautiful age and still not be healed of your trauma... But it also means you haven't lost to yourself yet. keep fighting, it doesn't get better but it does get easier and the only way out is through

Love this idea - I dont have a nice view, but can try to imagine it - a grass field blowing in a breeze, trees, sunlight. Would be nice to have a wall-sized screen to show a view on though!
