You do not need oil! Just cook on the side first and let the fat from the chops melt into the pan.

I've been trying for two years and I cannot get starter that consistently floats. It's got bubbles. It rises in the jar, but only rarely do I get it to float. The bread is hit and miss. So I now add sourdough for flavor and add some yeast for the rise. Life is SO much easier now!! LOL

Boring!!! Season with garlic butter season, pepper, and any other high herb season. Bath in avocado oil… let it sit for 2 hrs or a day if possible… cook in garlic butter & rosemary leafs on high for a great sear… then let it sit in. The oven for desire temp with garlic cloves on top… this bland lamb recipe is definitely for the white cookout
