Young boy listening to albums back in the mid 70's to early 80's who always... always read the album credits. who was doing what, at least from the standpoint of who is singing and/or who is playing what instrument. it got to a point where i could hear a certain style of playing.. tone and know "that's such and such" playing before looking at the credits and confirming.
