What's up with the steady burning red light in the front and back? Never seen a Mass car with that before.

I'm not entirely sure, but I think it's supposed to be a "break" light on the front of the car that turns on when it's in park, to warn drivers coming towards the vehicle from the front that the car is stopped. However the officer may have left it on by accident.
