there is no way we can avoid radiation anymore. 😢 your doing right by eating lower on the food chain. i think its the best option. i would think rice grown in south America is the best you can get being it's largely still undeveloped. Are there any nuclear plants there? i cant say ive heard of one. i may be mistaken. also, you mentioned fish; my child loves salmon but i will only buy her it if i know its sourced from faroe bay, and i like sardines but will only buy king oscar which are soueced from the fijords in Iceland (i believe; somewhere up there.) the Pacific and large swaths of the Atlantic are, and have been off limits since fukushima; one day even these fish will be as well.
