You will need rs485 to usb converter . To connect with computer. Also the video is sent to you via mail on how to install and connect . The software for the board is not available with us . Although if you have another chiller with the same model you can copy the software from there and install on the new display panel.

hi, 1:Check the transducer cable if it is good and not having any partial contact. 2: check the connector on TCPM board re-terminate the wire in the connector and clean the pins on board. if the problem still exist change the TCPM board.

Sir now not coming suction transducer alarm but now generate other alarm like low ecnomizer pressure suction valve closed,once again reset after 10 second shutdown system A , compressor, system B compressor normally working

Sure SCPM Board has a program. in the market its available with and without program installed. if you have SCPM with installed program than you just need to set the DIP switch settings and it will work. But if you have SCPM without program than you need to install the software first.

Generally there is no need for Calibration. As they come factory calibrated. Incase there is doubt of wrong output from sensor it can be tested on calibration tool.

Hello. The oil level switch works ok dry contact principal. If the oil level is good in the chiller oil level switch contact should be closer. In case oil level is ok and oil level switch contact is open then replace the switch

Maybe you can recover refrigerant and change the oil in the first day, changing the oil at the beginning of evacuation phase, then left the vacuum pump overnight to pickup evacuation results next morning. Used to use two 12 CFM vacuum pumps whenever possible
