I have the Google Docs app on my iPhone and am able to edit Google Docs. Make sure you have the Google Doc installed and are looking at a Google Doc you own or have editor status.

It can be done, however you have to export the file to another format to do so. Google Files are typically 100% cloud based, except when you export & download.

You can only include another's video in a playlist on your channel. You can not put the actual video on your channel. That would be a copyright violation.

Sent email messages by default do not go to trash, unless you are forwarding or replying to a message already in the trash.

two parts to this answer #1 - if the other person shared the files with you by sharing a folder with you, you can not remove individual files from just your Google drive. You have to remove yourself from the shared folder. If you are an editor of the folder, you can delete the file, but that **deletes it for everyone**. #2 - Files shared with you either individually or through a shared folder do not take up space on your Google Drive. (If the file or folder is under Shared with Me, it does not take up space on your Google Drive)

Even if you only use the BCC field, the email you sent should be in your sent folder, unless you deleted it. I just tested this and I can see the email I sent using the BCC field only. There is something else going on.

If the email address is required, the form owner will know your email address. It is stored in the form responses. Beyond, that they will only discover what you put online.

@@BCIGWS just to be clear This is an anonymous question that did not ask for an additional email like what you had pictured but I was already logged into google as a requirement to answer the question. Under my email it has a picture of an envelope and a small x inside a circle that says "not shared" and when I hover my mouse over this icon it says "your email and google account are not part of your response"...... I really hope that this is true as it would defeat the entire purpose of the questionaire to give the asker any info on the person posting.

In my Google Workspace account, I have the option to adjust visibility - myaccount.google.com/birthday I checked in my Free Gmail, and I also can adjust visibility there. I do not see your email address on your KZfaq Channel.

I just tested and in Free Gmail I have the ability to Protect an entire sheet in a Google Sheet. Even as a Google Sheet shared with you, if you are an Editor, you can add protection to the sheet.

You are correct Kevin, I will update the description to better inform. However, Google encrypts all data sent between it's servers, and uses TLS to protect data to 3rd party email servers. The confidential mode is an added layer of protection. According to Google Support doc - support.google.com/mail/answer/13317990

As long as you save the docx file to your own device and do not edit it online, the owner of the original document would not know what you did with the file, unless they hear about it from the people you send it to. However, I do not suggest violating the owners trust for you or the permissions you have using the doc.

I do not know what pendrive is, however the answer may be in part what I shared in this video.

I just tested - when I clicked on To in a new email message, it allowed me to select contact labels.

@@BCIGWS Does it take time for this after the new import?. Right now I see two of the labels and it says "1 member'". I wonder if i return in an hour there will be more members. Weird.

Well, the youtube video I followed gave wrong instructions to create the csv file. It was not in the format Google gmail wants. Another video was correct and the contact data was swiftly imported and easy to manage when assigning labels and such.

I just tested this Bojan, thanks for sharing. Yes, if you delete the entire thread, the inbox messages and the draft will end up in trash. I appreciate you sharing this with us. This could be helpful in some cases. Note - an individually deleted draft goes poof and is not recoverable as it will not be in the trash.

When you change your recovery phone or set up 2-Step Authentication, it is immediate. Remember, with each action you have to verify the phone number. If you did not verify the phone number, it did not change.
