Yeah - it does look as good as in reality - at least in the sunshine. But those days are few and far between. Anyway lake district my ancestral home. Too many tourists . Stay away please.

I’ve been to the savoy hotel three times it a beautiful hotel the savoy grill Restaurant is fabulous and the afternoon tea 🫖🍰is wonderful and the cocktail bar amazing Views from the hotel Windows overlook the Thames, you can see over too London Eye, Southbank Would I stay there again yes 10/10 ⭐️

I mean I’ve been to like 70% of these places and Devon Cotswold and bath are my choices because they are all very scenic and I live in Cambridge so yea I went to Devon and you can take that tram all the way up to the top of huge hill but me and my father walked it because there was a huge line and it’s was extremely steep and we where very tired after😂 but they all are great holiday destinations which is strange for the uk
