Just do one rep ! Anymore will just. mean that you need longer to recover, you risk getting injured or both, especially at your age.

Ive followed Andy since WPO contests & he gives me confidence it can be done again as an older lifter myself..He was incredible in Atlanta Georgia years ago ..

Laszlo Fekete did 295 Kg. 650lbs. At the age of 64. Without any PED as well. Without any training for 4+ years.
