Great job with turning you life around. Just a kind word of sound biblical scriptures, Matthew 23:9 reads: “And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.” It would also be proper to refer to Mr Gregory as your mentor, not idol. Let’s always keep the Ten Commandments written on the tablet of our hearts and come to the understanding you pledge your loyalty to only one and that’s Jesus Christ, who died for us and shed his blood for us for the remission of SIN by which we are saved and enter into his eternal kingdom. Repent, confessing your sins into only Jesus Christ your savior, not to any man on this earth! Stay in God’s word, be baptized ( fully emerged into water as Jesus was) and you shall receive a helper Holy Spirit. You will start a baby in Christ and your only goal is to achieve to become mature in the Word of God and be a HIS mighty worrier, winning souls for HIS kingdom. One last word as I close, in the beginning was the word, who was with God, and the WORD IS GOD. if you deny the word, you are deny God. This will come to play on judgment day, when HE separates the sheep (believers who lived his word) from the goats (hearers only). HE is the path that leads to the narrow gate. Not Mr. Gregory, man will always let you down. Look up and reach up, Jesus will ALWAYS HAVE YOUR BACK and never let you down! God Bless.
