One other "larger" knife is the Maxace Neptune and Maxace Medusa. The Neptune is only about 1/4" shorter than the CT at 9.25" and about 3/4" shorter than the Cleric II. However the Neptune with SLD-Magic steel is only $108 and has great action and is made from 7075 aluminum instead of the 6061 that MT likes.

I have the Scarab II as well, actually a number of customs and production ones as well. Great knife. I also have three Cleric II's and three Combat Troodons and the Recon-040. I also have the Glykon and Dirac Delta. I also have the Hera II as well and its slightly longer blade than the CT, only by 0.02" but hey... LOL I just ordered the new CT Gen III Interceptor in Natural Clear finish. I really like that finish as it really hides scratches between that finish and the apocalyptic finish on the hardware/blade.

Hello. I would like to ask you a question: I used to have the AD 10, and its liners were made of aluminum. In the AD 20.5 and yours, the liners are made of steel, but I don't know what type of steel. Do you think it's necessary to apply any oil to this part? I'm not referring to the part of the liners that face the scales, as those are protected, but to the part facing the blade

There was plenty wrong with what Greg did and he doubled down on it a few weeks after this video in a very disgusting way and then nuked everything and is now constantly lying about what really happened and what was really said, the shirt was just the start.

So microtech wise I would honestly wait because there is some crazy stuff coming down the pipeline for next year. But as far the super freak goes man I absolutely love that blade, it looks great or stock but those micarta scales really made it for me personally. I work out 7 days a week 5 days of that is lifting and the rest other two is focused on heavy club and mace training. I look soft because I have so much lose skin I'm basically 80% laughy taffy. But I've accumulated 32 lbs of muscle in just under a year (Again according to dexa) So I'd say I'm doing pretty good and I have no intention of stopping. Also it was 109 here today with like 85% humidity and I record these videos in my un air-conditioned garage so sorry my flabby skim bothers you but the tank top will be staying for at least another few months. Beyond that it's all love man, I'm not some sensitive fuck who cannot take someone's personal opinion. I have had otf's from most of the companies that make decent ones. Guardian tactical 035 was by far the best overall. Ultratech was my least favorite. To be fair I did have the double edged one. IMHO guardian tactical has the best dagger style blades. They do a hollow grind that makes it cut like crazy. The Benchmade autocrat was surprisingly good, they made the blade really thin and also did a chisel edge. Don't know if it's called something different when it's just the cutting edge.

@treyh0079 You are confusing Greg with me man, because I'm the one who is outspoken about everything, gets tons of backlash and yet still never backs down, never back peddles and I'm quick to go head to head with anyone and I have proven it time and time again. Greg on the other hand voices an opinion, gets some back lash deletes his videos, deletes posts deletes his racist drunken rants and then calls on his fans to attack anyone who speaks the truth about him to shut down the "propaganda". My biggest issue with Greg is his absolute inability to back up anything he says under opposition, he back peddles and bitches out every single time.

So with something this large and heavy i primarily do two handed shield casts and rotational work as well as also adding it to some cardio and plyometric work routines to ratchet up the intensity. If you are curious about how all of this works though I highly recommend checking out either the flying Dutchman Channel or Wildman athletica because they really dive into the mechanics of how it all works but I highly recommend everyone get into this form of training as an add on and not a replacement to your preexisting fitness routine because it's absolutely amazing. My only advice is to start off light, 10lbs at maximum until you really get the movements down because working out with levers is amazing but it's all about control and the moment you lose that control it's going to go bad.

Life is short so try something new whenever you can is a philosophy I live by and it's served me very well. Also you should definitely give it a try man, you might end up falling in love with this type of training like I did, just start off with a light weight until you get the movements down, 20lbs with a dumbell is nothing but 20lbs with a Mace or club is enough to put you in the hospital if you don't know what you are doing.
