We are not the manufacture so Im not sure what the alarm 28 is? You have to satisfy alarm prior to resetting it. I believe pressing the up and down key resets alarm.

In my dektak system, when I run the dektak program, an error appears at the stage of communicating with profiler that says can't conect to profiler for trobleshooting please verify that 1- the unit is powered 2- the unit is attached to one of com1 to com4 port . In your opinion, where does the problem come from, the system is on, the list and the ports are correct

I would try and connect to the different com ports. you will need to reboot system and computer each time.

Thank you for your prompt response. I had watched a KZfaqr use a similar machine to metal plate any material. I also found a person on eBay selling a used machine for $475.

I've been using SE600L-3-3 upgraded from the 7800 to 8800 and SE-650-15-15 that comes with the 8800 and has the DAQ plus Ln2 boost. Its been an impressive test chamber.

It requires a special chiller and will not satisfy EMO without it.

@@BidServiceLLC what is EMO? I contacted in the past Oxford about it and they said it can be operational without chiller but just connected to house water. Can this be possible?

Emergency off button thats on chiller. On the back of unit there is a plug for chiller, it needs to be plugged into a jumper plug or chiller to allow system to power on.

I remember working here, they couldnt keep anyone to manage the production floor. Quality was laughable at best,, customers would return our machines to us, inside our competitors crates lol.. one was actually marked with,, "Return to Vendor--GARBAGE" ..lol
