Well based on the fair value I wouldn’t pay more than 175k for a one bedroom apartment. If they charge 400k for one bedroom apartment they can go and screw themselfs.

While it's exciting to see Lakeforest Mall get a new lease on life, the one comment I will add is that those "great deals" on local Condominium are now unaffordable to most working class people. I just tried to find a decent, affordable Condominium for my best friend, who wants to buy her first home--and even at $300k, there's hardly anything in this entire County available for her to make an offer on. Affordable housing is a crisis. That is all.

There is a 1 bedroom apartment in Montgomery village near the former lakefrorest mall that looks decent for 175k
