Mine all lights blinking except indoor/home lights. How to fix this?

Maybe it would help if the windows were curtained off so the customers can't see the very un-Christmassy world outside. Once they come in, they should feel like they're in Christmas Land and give themselves up to the magic they've been trained to associate with the holiday. Then they'll spend money like crazy. And it shouldn't be just decorations (not even stockings?); there should be cookies, candy, music, vintage Christmas movies and shows playing on a big screen TV. The whole experience.
