How do you remove a stone to place it in a different setting

Excellent tutorial, Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I dropped one of my new crystals on the sidewalk today and it chipped pretty deep. All I have for a tool to fix it with is my drimmel. But, I think with your tutorial, I can now fix her. Thank you

Does that machine come with every disc you just used? Been searching for the perfect sanding/polishing solution and looks like I finally did. But want to be sure I will be getting all those discs with it cause I really don’t feel like dealing with finding the perfect discs for that and that lol

can we get the details of the "universal grinder & polisher"?

Click on the little down symbol at the bottom right hand corner right under the video. You will see that he posted a link that says Machine used in this video then followed by link. I love that it comes with all those discs and it’s not super bulky so is perfect even for hobbyists like myself 😊

Thanks for the video. Most places say to NOT use water on the final white polishing disk. Can you explain why you did?

Would you please show whether this can be done using a handheld dremel buffer or something like that?... some tool that one can get a regular hardware store. I am on a budget and wouldn't have a need (or space) of a full blown rotary machine like you are using, though it looks really amazing. Thank you.

What if we cannot do this? I have a Navajo ring by Michael David that the stone fell out and I couldn’t find it … I love it he silver setting so much I couldn’t not keep it .. ya a very unusual shape. Do you have any suggestions on where I could have the stone replaced?

I hope you figured something out. I think this guy isn’t on KZfaq anymore. He hasn’t answered my question but fortunately I found the answer anyway. Saw someone also asked something else in the comments and he hasn’t replied. All his postings are 2 years old so no new activity. Really do hope you figure something out 😊

I found this video to be very informative and easy to understand. You have taken the smoldering ashes of a young woman’s love of rock & breathed life back that love into a full flame of desire to learn & create beautiful jewelry & pieces of art. This no longer young except In spirit, old Crone thanks you immensely! ROCK ON!

What an interesting & informative video. You have definitely taken the smoldering ashes of my early years love of rock & blew just enough oxygen to create a bright fiery flame with a intense desire to learn & create beauty into the world. Thank you so very much!

Thank you for this video. It makes me so very glad that I kept all my broken jewelry & jewelry friends were going to throw out. Now I can tell my husband, “See this! I am NOT a junk jewelry hoarder, I have materials to repurpose beautiful jewelry! I Win!”

What would you do if you had a nice chip on the bottom of a fluorite or blue tigers eye tower? We're just starting our own online store and our (7 month) old puppy thought a couple were chew toys 🤦 also my wife is freaking out that we can't sell them because of chips and stuff in it. I do have a dremal but I've never done this before and I've been having trouble finding information out on how to fix them or make them looked polish again lol so if you could help it would be very much appreciated

Which diamond disc are you using to grind the stone? It would be useful to have a video re different disc products for this universal grinding and polishing machine and when and how to use them.
