She got her period 2 but we still think she is around 16-18 weeks just due to symptoms. Took a pregnancy test also showed up negative. But she is gaining weight and cravings but we don’t know

I have been having the exact same symptoms and I took a pregnancy test and said it was negative. However, my last period I had light pink blood while wiping while using the restroom. this was two weeks ago and I'm not sure if I'm pregnant, can someone help me out with this and why I've been feeling all these symptoms.

Symptoms I've been having over a week: I've had terrible cramps for a week straight now, my boobs are very sore and tender, tbh its hard for me to run them under the water, I felt a heartbeat in my uterus where my cervix is at least I thought I did but idk it could be my own heart beating. My stomach has grown bigger, I'm craving certain foods, feeling nauseas 24/7, extreme back pain, extreme tiredness, keep waking up around 3-5am (I was craving cereal around that time), been breaking out with acne although, I've always struggled with it my entire life. I've been feeling soreness in my legs, feet, boobs, back. Felt a pinch on the left side of my uterus. Please help me understand what this means.

I am two weeks late. Took 3 pregnancy tests all over the past couple days (just took a test now) and all have been negative. But no period 😔 I have no other pregnancy symptoms except a missed period. Me and my bf are freaking out.

Pmg I went to urgent care with a pinching sensation last month they tested me for pregnancy negative then made me sign a paper that I wasn’t pregnant and took 2 X-rays and now I am pregnant I’m worried

im 2 weeks late and my symptoms are: -heartburn -discharge (white and thick sorry tmi ik👍). -constantly burping -gassy -i feel sick and sometimes am but sometimes i jst feel like i wanna be -constantly wanting to pee -i am constantly tired -sore breasts -sometimes backache -constantly eating -i have spots on my face alot -dizzy alot -constantly thirty i will keep yall updated😭👍❤.
