I feel like Dalby played a lot into the show's character designs (especially the facial designs) while Kenney and Edwards played into the landscape, angles and expressiveness. The exception being the trucks, they have Kenney's design all over them in the show. :P I think that's why the TV aesthetics are so iconic, especially the original models, they tended to take the best trademarks of all the artists of the time.

The gear on his axle must've been cracked. You could replace it with either another gear, or replace the driving wheels with a spare set of driving wheels with its gear intact. Excellent Bear custom.

He made these before Luke Ryan’s video. And officially the roster of 1936 is Duke, Falcon, Stuart, Albert Mk. III, Jim, and Tim. There is also Stanley but as a pumping engine.
