There was not enough snow on the trail for weeks prior leading up to this to need snowshoes. It snowed a foot the night I flew in lol

That's brilliant knowing I won't even use it on full power. I got MSR PR2 today and got 6 small canisters for camping. Plus one from Optima for use at home for coffee as I won't be going camping any time soon. Same mixture. Tnx a lot on a video, usially people test on how many grams it takes blag blah. I just nedeed video like this - simple, real life use

Aren't those settings just applied to JPG? As far as I know RAWs aren't affected by those settings...

Nicely done video. However, I tried this and it takes the three shots but the photo's come out completely dark. To the point that you cannot make out anything. I tried the different settings under HDR and the same result each time. And, before anyone asks, yes I had the lens cover off lol.

I think it would have been beneficial to lay out the pros and cons of shooting HDR in camera as opposed to doing it in post. So far I've gathered that the pros are the simplicity and accessibility however the con is that you can't shoot in RAW. Also a couple examples would be nice to see. That said, thanks for the video - I def didn't know our cameras had this feature until today!
@jakemcavoy2554

The biggest con I find is that because there would be auto cropping while sticking the 3 photos just taken, while will cause loss of fair amount of pixel.

Good Tute, Thanx for the straight to the point, step by step procedure without the small talk one sees so often, great work & keep it up ! Thinking about finally upgrading from my well used 600d, do mainly photos, low light & have always used the intervalometer for the occasional timelapse, thanx for your time doing this informative, no cr** instruction procedure. The Zamberlans are great for backpacking on rocky terrain. I hiked in the Sierras with light weight hiking shoes and my feet got majorly bruised. With the Zamborlans the bottom of my feet were well protected...no bruising.

I have a similar model by zamberlan and had the speedcross 3. The way I see it is this: Lightweight vs durability. If you want the shoes only for hiking then take the zamberlans. I threw away the Salomons after about 8 months and they were in pretty bad shape. My zamberlans are 3 years old and still like new.

hi , does it rise your shutter count or not ?
@jeffjenkinsrealestatephoto2474
@jeffjenkinsrealestatephoto2474 4 жыл бұрын
The 6Dii does not add all shots to shutter count. It basically just starts a video. As it films, the mirror is locked up and it will expose the sensor for the chosen exposure at the interval selected. Once it is over, the 6Dii removes the dead space between exposures giving you one 4k video completed. So it does not shoot individual JPEGS where the mirror and shutter click every shot. It is virtually silent unless you turn on the beep so you can hear when every frame is exposed.
