Ummmm, how can you forget? Only God can literally erase His own memories. He can most likely completely forget. If you forgive someone over and over again and they keep hurting you, just do it from a distance. Imagine being in an abusive relationship but you’re stuck in it because you keep “forgetting”… 🤔

Not forgetting doesnt mean you havent forgiven. It means you need to continue forgiving, everytime you remember what someone did to you, you need to forgive them over and over again. There are some horrible things that people can do to you. As much as you want to forget it and move on, sometimes thats impossible. Unless you have memory loss or something

@@AlbertoCarlesimo it's more than just wrong, it's sin. the lord calls on us to judge righteously, so if i see someone who has done wrong by me start to let sin take over, i can remember how impactful their actions were when they were sinning. with that you hold the other accountable because you love them and have forgiven them and have not forgotten who they were and what they have done. watch them grow and change and repent of their actions, and in order to do so there has to be a starting point. obviously you don't hang their wrongdoings over their head and bring it up every chance you get, but instead you take it as a lesson and you as well grow from it. this also applies to us as well as we have all wronged someone in one way or another.

Forgiveness does not mean forgetting, it means learning lessons and moving forward. Jesus tells his followers to "dust of their sandals and move on to the next house" when his disciples asked what if we meet those who are not hospitable to your word? ... My forgiveness of my abusive ex is with Christ, but I cannot forget the pain that brought the lessons learned. I will never allow that to happen to me or my kid again, that doesn't mean I haven't forgiven. God and Jesus do not tell us to continue allowing others to mistreat us forever.

Two different things, Jesus says he wont leave you, he didn’t say that you can’t leave him. Sin is telling God no, Jesus will never leave you, which is what he says, but what you point out is the Old Testament says is that you can yourself leave God, just as all those disciples who left Christ in John 6 left him, he didn’t leave them, just as the apostles stayed and Jesus stayed with them. Never dismiss the Old Testament as just, “Old testament thinking, old covenant stuff.” Everything in the Old Testament points to Christ, as Jesus himself reveals to the two men on their road to Emmaus. Christ fulfills things in the Old Testament and the God we read about in the Old Testament is the God of the New Testament, he is never changing. God bless!
@AlbertoCarlesimo
@AlbertoCarlesimo 22 күн бұрын
I agree. Old Testament thinking is harmful in ways that’s why even Peter went back under the law. The psalms and the prophets, definitely point to Jesus. That’s correct but the old testament ways are absolute because we have a new covenant now. Appreciate the feedback good stuff!
@juancorona3893
@juancorona3893 22 күн бұрын
@@AlbertoCarlesimo Old Testament thinking is not harmful, he wasn’t afraid of the Old Testament laws, it says clearly “fearing those who were circumcised” in Gal 2:12. You just have to see the Old Testament in light of the New Testament, everything in the Old Testament prefigures the New Testament. For example, last Sundays readings are perfect for this, Moses instructs people on how to cleanse themselves with the blood of the offering of the lambs and says, “All that the Lord has said we will heed and do… This is the blood of the covenant that the Lord has made with you in accordance with all these words of his.” This prefigures what happens in the last supper and on the cross at his crucifixion, “This is my blood of the covenant which will be shed for many…. Do this in memory of me.” You understand the new better when you understand the old and vice versa. Not just the prophets and psalmists point to Jesus but the actual worship points to Christ. The Old Testament ways are fulfilled in the New Testament, never absolute, or independent of the New Testament, or else we would be able to throw out the Old Testament and just read the gospels and the New Testament epistles. If I may make the assumption, and please forgive me if I am wrong, I guess if you are rejecting traditional Christianity, Catholicism, you would have to take this stance, but I guess we can agree to disagree. Don’t mean to go back and forth endlessly, just came across this video while going through stories on here. Again, God bless, brother!

Yes yes it dose. An if your in a group an the group sins. Ya ya have to re read the Bible fully 100% then get rebaptized after you fast in wilderness for 40 days. Then you get devine guidance. Most people don't want to do the long hard repetitive part so they just follow the leader. But don't understand its a process. An it almost take 2 priest. To alternate a day to resanctify. The 40 day wilderness, is if your a warrior of God, passing judgment. Devine guidance is broke an your will an God's almost feel as on. This feeling is the one most people think of where they speak about being with God. But sinning brake the connection. Did i also say. When your with God or have devine guidance your can do manafest your will in existence as long as it's for the greater good. Ya Jesus is the son of God. God is God. Jesus saves God guides. I make war aginst the wicked. Am i not God. Its just title placement. If your not link to God your not at your god status. An slowly dieing. Prays God for Jesus

Yeah….. okay hmmm… well I’ll ask did you receive the spirit by your behavior or by faith? What can separate you from the love of God? Romans 8:34 Paul says nothing.
@macromachina7339
@macromachina7339 22 күн бұрын
@AlbertoCarlesimo no you can't be separated form Jesus, but you can be separated from God with sin. An technically you can be separated from Jesus if someone kills him with a spear that's made with mistletoe. An stops people from going back in time to save him. But technically it says he rose on the 3rd day.... saying he was saved probably by God by the spirit not the flesh. Meaning sin an death, is of the flesh. Meaning as man or the son of adam. Not saving Jesus your condoning the sin of the flesh.... but if you save him he's the product of the sin of the flesh do to David. You would have to stop David from sining against Shiva. Then also know Uriah an Vishnu is one in the same person. An David died do to his sin aginst God. Probably not in spirit but in flesh. Meaning David is satan. But the jews will not execute it. Because they believe David is God..... just like trump is soon going to be. You job son of man is the same as Jesus to stop people from sining an save them from death. Your job is to rebel against your father. Where you at sin o ya I off you.... stand in the name of Michael an forth from this day wake up your body "son of man" the new testament is of David an of Satan. But the death of his son wasn't The death of his sin. Because murder an sacrifice was always a sin aginst God. Unless if your guided to pass judgment. After sanctification. Your welcome.

Who supplied the gold that was brought to Jesus? Remember Daniel? Well, he was made a eunuch in Babylon so he didn’t have any offspring, but he was became very wealthy at the hands of King Nebuchadnezzar and his successor. He then set up the magi in Persian who became known as the king makers. Daniel‘s wealth was set aside and given to Jesus when he was born by this priesthood that Daniel established. They were told to look for the star 🌟

The poverty mindset in the church is toxic and Jesus never had one. I’m all about selling our possessions to give to the poor. I understand the riches are in Christ not this world. However while we live here we are to build and multiply in all areas of our life. There are people who think they have to be poor for God and that’s just nonsense. You can be rich and still love God and people. It is harder for rich people to grasp the spirit of truth however in the church we are to share all things and hear one another burdens.
