You can tile same day with tile adhesive as well. Still very DIY friendly especially if you're doing a sunway tile. Probably last a lot longer but that's just me speculating.

Great if you have timber stud walls but annoying if it's concrete. You can also use a pair of Third Hands from Fastcap so you don't have to drill holes or anything
