My question isn't how is he alive after been COMPLETLY dead , but why killing him (more than once) in the first place if you gonna bring him back , you could have let him had an injury for example forced him to retire , but he still can fight if he had too but not too much etc... , so you can get him temporarly out of the story and and bring him back as a dlc
