Late to this party. Hope you figured it out. For others it's a NATO 3 prong power connector, but you can just cut it off and put a 2 wire connector on it or use alligator clips. It's 24volts. Doesn't draw many amps at all.

Dont cut nothing follow that back to the connector and disconnect that plug. get a plug and 110 vac converter hell i can make and sell ya them $50@@mikemorgan5015

Jason I have the same stove but the ID plate is missing. mine burns kerosene. I just finished refurbishing it with new jets, packing and seals. Thanks for the video

Very impressive, Jason. You knocked 1:30 off the boil time. I see that the base and retainer ring are brass. Can you tell what the cap itself is made from? It would seem that stainless would be difficult to work with. Not that important, but I was just curious. Great demo video. Thanks!
