Hey Joanne Whitlock, I saw the videos on your channel. Your video content is excellent. To grow & increase the view of your channel you need to optimize your videos. Inspite all of your efforts videos are not being viewed. Video SEO Score is very low. The title, Description, and Tags are not SEO-friendly. Videos are not shared on Social Media platforms and many other problems are found on your KZfaq Channel. If your channel is optimized a little and if the videos are SEO friendly then your channel will rank very fast and your channel will grow. So immediately need SEO for your Videos & KZfaq channel. Do you want to improve those problems and grow your KZfaq Channel?

there is alot of different degrees that people suffer with it. now me ive had it since i can remember. i get such bad anxiety if i know i have a meeting or that i have to talk to someone on the phone. but i will have the anxiety from the moment i find out about it for weeks. its gotten worse a bit. before i could answer the phone and talk to someone but now i won't even answer a phone call. it does interupt my life alot. i don't like leaving the comfort of my house im fine staying home but thats not very healthy

hi, thank you so much for commenting. I'm sorry to hear that this is something you struggle with too. Unfortunately whenever I mention speaking google flashes up public speaking so i know it can be hard to find like minded people or help with speaking. It drives me nuts! Im totally fascinated with the subject, inparticular the idea of feeling misunderstood (due to not speaking up). Your comment was the perfect reminder to me that I am not alone and that I need to complete more video projects and share them. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience with me.

Just stumbled upon this video and it made me smile because the colleagues at my work place have a habit of saying 'so' at the end of almost every sentence :-). I've noticed different favourite words in different workplaces. One of them was the word 'obviously', and the thing being referred to usually wasn't obvious at all. 'However' was another favourite there. Maybe I notice these things because I'm a writer and words are important to me.

Once you start noticing it can get really annoying. I can't help but count - once I am over 100 though I struggle! I am a writer too, and for me words matter as a spiritual thing too. I also work with a lot of people who have English as a second language so clarity matters. Thanks so much for reaching out and leaving a comment!

Thanks for replying. Ha ha re the counting :-). It's nice to meet a fellow writer, and someone interested in spirituality too. Can I ask what you mean about words mattering as a spiritual thing? I'm interested in that concept. I guess that one of my goals is to put a secret layer of spirituality in the fiction I write.

@@rosemargriffith I feel that words - and their energy - go out into the universe i.e. it matters if you always say negative things or say that something isn't possible or will never happen.

@@JoanneWhitlock Wow, that's so interesting - I never thought about words having energy. Maybe that's why I don't like being around people who swear a lot - maybe it's the energy behind the words rather than me being a prude :-D

Ran into you while seeing if anyone was just saying a kind hello during this lockdown. I have learned it is helpful to just say hi to folks in the same unexpected situation! I have helped English as a 2nd language people study for their United States citizenship tests. It really opened my eyes as to how you can easily help people in a way that may completely change their lives. Anyway HI from the USA and everyone take care

Ran into you when poking around to say hi to others around handling lockdown alone. A few months ago I would not have thought about the importance of talking to others in a similar situation. Is it just me? I have helped English as a 2nd language folks study for their United States citizenship test (yes we do welcome people to our country) anyway, hang in there and most importantly HI from the USA

hi, how are things going? thanks for your comment. Lockdown at home with a six year old has meant youtube has had to take a back seat! New book on speaking coming soon though - hope life is treating you kindly!
