Thats actually decorated with an awesome and seamless blend of traditional western and indian and contemporary styling. Would love to see a video sometime where the owner talks about each piece.

Austin is terrifying. They'd have to pay me $10,,000 a month to live there. Edit: West view in summer...in Texas. Geez. That's going to be a helluva A/C bill. 1,000 sq. ft. for that price. What a joke.

You may find lower prices in other parts of Texas, but Austin remains a popular choice for various reasons. This particular location is in a highly desirable area of the city, so prices in this building and nearby tend to be higher than outside of Downtown. Thanks for your feedback!

Thanks for your feedback! I completely agree with you. A dual under-mount sink would have been a great addition. It's interesting to see other units at similar or even lower price points offering larger sinks.
