Leaner meat should be healthier??? This story, called the diet heart hypothesis, is based on scientific fraud and has been totally debunked since. Too bad that professors at med schools have too much ego to admit they have been wrong all along, so lots of people still go for lean, therefore tasteless chicken and turkey. If cholesterol clogs our arteries, it is because it has been oxidized, the real culprit of which is a high carb diet. Dafaq. I live in BC Canada, and since Ovid, King Crab went from $33/lbs to almost $95/lbs. Don't know what you are getting for $7/lbs, but it ain't King Crab. 🦀
