I fell down a rabbit hole of watching Keane/scholes yt vids a year ago now I’m hooked. I don’t have the same expectations as the lifelong fans. I see how unhappy everyone is and I’m like “Anthony looks pretty fast and effective to me” lol ~ seems like when the wingers pass in the final third we score. Fernandes blew my mind this season…

Viera was a better all round player than Keane, and was able to beat him in most of their physical exchanges on the field. Being a born bully Keane didn’t like him for that.

This is one of the reasons why I wanted Ten Hag to come here, because I thought he was passionate about youths, and would be able to recognize extraordinary talents like Diallo and Pellistri. The day that Ole bought Diallo, I was very excited. Even though the senior players have been crappy this season, Ten Hag still decided to play them instead of giving the opportunity to some of the youths. We would have had a far better season instead of a regretful one. Diallo scored the winner vs Liverpool, and was dropped right after, then he brought him back and he scored against New Castle, and I can guarantee you that Ten Hag is not going to start him vs City. I'd rather him and Pellistri leave and go to a club that will value their talents than remain here and ruin their careers.

You do realise Amad was injured for most of the season with a recurring knee injury, right? Talking about pellistri, he's not even good enough, got his chances when Antony was unavailable due to issues with his ex and Pelli did nothing to secure his position in the team.
