The only reason why i dont buy red magic since red magic 6 is the charging speed 120w up is too much and dangerous level of charging speed for me. This will degrade and decrease the lifespan of the phone which i don't like. 65w is the maximum for me anything above that is a no, thats why i went to ROG 8 pro instead of the rm 9 pro. I still have my rm 6 no issue no bloating if battey just outdated software and os

@kitsune2712 Quite a bit wrong here. 1. The charging speed is EITHER 80 Watts or 165 for the Chinese local variant. It's not 120 2. You can totally charge it at 65 watts. Just buy a 65w charging brick and it will charge at that. 3. The 80 watt charging is really 40w charging. This is because the way the 80 w is achieved is by splitting the battery into two completely separate batteries and charging each at 40 w. Imagine if you had one car battery charging at 10 watts Then imagine you had ten car batteries all charging at 10 watts. Individually the ten batteries are no more stressed than the single one. But if you can use all ten for power your charging ten times as fast cause your putting 100w in. This is how modern high watt charging works. So if you get the global version so 9s pro instead of pro plus Your charging batteries at 40 watts even with the max spec

For me 5500 battery is downgrade even if u have more ram & storage, little faster changer is irrelevant due to this phone charging very fast. 6500Mah last around 4-5 hour more than 5500 versions.. I hope 9s pro will be Available in Europe because every time I check in the official site it out of stock with notification availability ..😢

I'm gonna take the liberty to adress your question as i was doing some research all day to check the differences. The improvements are minor, about 5% over the old one, if you got your RM 9 for a very good price, then you should be happy, the "s" will not get any promos any time soon and I am sure you would not feel the difference. However I assume the 24Gb version of the RM 9s pro will probably outperform anything on the market at this point, it got a better score than the rog 8 pro 24gb/1tb, so that;s that. Today it's the global launch of the 9s pro and i am waiting to see what will happen to the rm9 price, if i get a great deal, i will probably order one too. I am hunting for a great deal. Cheers!

9s pro plus got a better charger in the box, less battery (5000 mah 9s pro plus vs 6500 mah 9s pro) and more options of storage and ram 9s pro: 12 ram and 256/512 storage 9s pro plus: 16 ram with 512 storage or 24 ram with 1T storage).
