Not the kind of place you see much. English Wikipedia doesn't even have an article on it. Is this in Trondheim? That's what comes up when I ask Wikipedia about it.

Sorry for late answer.. This is north of Trondheim. Inderøy.

Very nice activity. I want to try this. Am I right that the skates are different that regualr one? Can you detach the blade from the boot? I'm living in Saint-Petersburg it's around 200km from South border of Finland, we have a lot of lakes here, but usually they are covered by snow.

those are skates made for shoes made for skiing.. Have a look at zandstrasport.nl/en/products/nordic-skates-blade-nis/

they make the winter riding so much fun, the grip on ice is like cat on carpet :D, easy to clime ice slopes.

Went back and watched your video again and can’t believe you don’t have more subscribers! I really enjoy this video and have shared it with a few other people when trying to explain to them how amazing the traction is and how much fun it is! I go out as often as I can this time of year and absolutely highly recommend studded tire bike riding instead of joining a gym!

hi am totally new to winter/ice biking : can i have 2 wheelsets one for non winter and another for winter? these studded tires fit standard bikes (non boost frames) right? also what PSI do you run for winter/ice biking? i prefer non fat bikes tbh...

Thanks for the idea . I am going to try that on my local lake .In January the thickness is usually good enough for hockey so bicyclng there will be safe plus I'm an excellent swimmer .
