If you think this is the worst video from any creator in the fandom then clearly you haven’t been here for very long, or you just get offended easily. Either way there’s stuff out there which is genuinely worse.

@@Frowny13 of course there is worse from Rando’s with a few hundred subs and a bone to pick, The difference is Sam is an established creator with a far bigger viewerbase, and his response to any criticism is always “Aha the joke is that what I’m saying is ridiculous and stupid of course I don’t think like this!” He’s a prime example of Schrödinger’s douchebag in full effect.

If people don’t think that the joke is funny, then fine. What I’m not fine with is people acting like stupid little kids about it. I’ve seen all the kids on Twitter going apeshit and being like “This and that offended me and I hope he gets canceled!!!” and it pisses me off. It’s a fucking joke, it’s not meant to be taken seriously, so if it offends you, then move on and find something else to watch. If you’re going to try and cancel someone, AT LEAST have a good reason to do it. This same shit happened with Thomas Theorist a couple weeks back, and while he was making a genuine point that could’ve been worded better, the community on Twitter completely overreacted. Not to mention the countless times that they’ve overreacted to Victor Tanzig’s videos. There’s a good reason I stopped socializing on Twitter a years ago, and will never go back. I’m sick of this left wing mentality, so I figured I would at least try to bring some balance on here.

People are really sensitive to offensive jokes, including me to an extent, and you're right in how people work things very limited and it just ruins their whole argument. Ik it shouldn't cancel him as a joke but I still disagree based on my own principles. But again, I totally agree with what you've said, sorry I was being kinda a dick about it, just was tired haha When the whole Victor Tanzig thing was in play, it was clear he was inspired by south park humour. I used to watch south park a lot, so I got the humour, but ig my humour has just been changing. But I do agree, people have overreacted a lot with all of these guys. But the smart thing with Victor is that he doesn't have things like Twitter to get drowned in the allegations and drama. All the drama is also why I've left Twitter, there's always some kind of drama
