But Jack gave his compass to Elizabeth and Will and Salazar wasn't freed I know it's wired because not only should Salazar have been freed if that movie was part of the series but remember Jack bought the compass from Tia Doma NOT his crew meaning Dead Men Tells No Tales doesn't work I simply ignore the 5th movie and I just pretend that it's not canon same with On Stranger Tides

I volunteer at an accredited zoo and know from talking to the zookeepers that you never raise animals in isolation and that you let their own kind raise them. Owen also knows that while he does have a bond with his raptors, he doesn’t have control over them. Zookeepers at accredited zoos know it as well and are never in the same space with the animals.

Elizabeth figured it out. When Will looked at Jack after saying "no course is lost as long as there's one fool left to fight for it" Elizabeth knew that Will and Jack were looking to have Jack stab the heart. That's why she made the swap to get Jack closer to the heart

Actually it was pretty smooth of Dimitrios to be able to come up behind Bond unnoticed, but he made the same mistake all the bad guys in Bond movies make, not killing him immediately

I can't help but feel like at some point, Jack, Will and Barbossa were all in cahoots against beckett and Jones. Like Jack convinced Will to go with Beckett to gain information and when they meet again, act all surprised. Maybe Jack let Barbossa in on the plan, and he let Jack in on his.
