Do you know if it works to stick beads onto mesh fabric, too, by any chance??
@TheSewistbyCen13 күн бұрын
hi , it's preferable to use thread to sew beads and other embellishments that have holes designed for attaching to fabric. Unlike those with flat backs meant for adhesive, items with holes are specifically intended for sewing onto fabric.

Please what length of train did you use in yours?
@TheSewistbyCen13 күн бұрын
hi , the length of train I typically use when making gowns with a train is 1.5 yards from the base or hem of the skirt.

Good tutorial as usual 🙂 I wondered if you have done a video/tutorial for drafting a fitted bustier using someone’s actual measurements? I know you have done one for the standard bodice block, but would you do one using someone’s actual body measurements, vertical and horizontal, from start to finish?

hello! did you have to connect and make seams in the tulle for the 5 layers of tulle skirt? my tulle isn’t big enough to go around my base skirt
@TheSewistbyCen26 күн бұрын
Yes, you're correct. I need to create a front circle skirt and a back skirt, then join them together along the side seams.
