For those curious this is also called a power balance test. Great way to determine which cylinder is contributing the least, and is subsequently problematic. Depending on how little power difference there is with or without whichever cylinder, it could be caused by bad compression, fuel, or ignition. (Usually compression from what I’ve personally seen since I’m super lucky 🙄)
