back gardens...outside of the gates....interesting. If everyone planted nicely, along with a gentle spread of some tall trees/plants....would make the communal walkway gorgeous...especially if lighting is included. Also would help with viewline-privacy..if that is anyones concern.

@absabs129 yes dont forget these are brand NEW homes so they never come handed over with landscaping...the new owners will do this when they purchase.. I agree totally it's all about the landscaping

@riccardotumbiolo5707 absolutely not. you must pay a yearly beach/ club membership woth thr Jumeirah group.. think it's approx 30 k aed or more ( includes their gym and other access)

@afshanadeeb developers in Dubai can delay 4 times every 6 .months which gives them up to 2 years delays. hoping it won't be too long..details in descriptions or DM me

The Dubai harbour might be one of the best places to live when all the construction is complete. Not to mention 2-5 degrees cooler than inland on most days
