I'm new to furniture flipping and always trying to learn new techniques by watching these types of videos. With that being said, can I ask you why you chose to paint over that fabric and not take the time to reupholster them? I felt that the chairs were in decent shape, but that fabric was beyond dirty and couldn't imagine what the padding looked like. Just seems so unsanitary. Thanks for sharing your video and looking forward to your response.

Certainly an improvement! I think more of a French style pattern wallpaper would have looked better rather than trying to imitate brick. But it will all come together with furniture, bedding and accessories.

Well that's another job well done. The painting and wallpaper are wonderful. The only thing I didn't like was the floor. Personally, I would have painted it to match the ceiling. It would have added a lot more light to the room being one solid color but then that's just me. I always look forward to seeing your videos because you always do something amazing.
