It August 2,2024 when this video popped up for me. I did not do this alone. Co-creation with the help of reflected people ( including you sister). Also future and past selves. Day out of time (25th 2024) punched me in my heart. Lucid dreams brought into the 3d to be grounded in. Childhood 11y-13y ( discovering I was a lesbain, codependent parents, glass ceiling, raised Roman Catholic, grandfather passing, my hero) melding with thousands of years (past lives)of programed lies of separation between masculine and feminine energies within and outside reflected back. ( ancestral and very unconscious). Vision-inner child split in two (girl & boy) from solar plexus. Static and grey gave me a bouquet of rainbow flowers I put in my heart.the girl was beating the boy on his knees with a stick. He said sorry, she dropped the stick immediately. Black tar dropped from both of them to gaia. They turned bright white skipping into a field of flowers. After I danced bare foot in the mountains and there was a dance party. Eliminates,unicorn, fairy, sasquautch, planets and stars, angels and demons, and all the fragmented gods, animals, trees, and galactics came to dance. This resonates. I feel like I don’t have any hobbies or even motivation since having my kids. I’m also dealing with a partner who has alcohol issues which I’m trying to protect the kids from. For me, the card "Betrayed Heart" was key in this reading, both in its themes and visually: If I 'map' the shape of that big heart onto my chest and shoulders, the red areas in the card match almost exactly the locations of a pattern of stiffness and discomfort I've been carrying in the body for weeks. thanks San. We love the at ease and outer body experience bit - we always say for us personally though it's about having an outer body experience in the body and didn't have the words to better describe this until last week in one of our audio journal diaries where the outer body experiences relate to the faster vibrations, the steam of the water molecule state of atomic vibration but we are talking subatomic... so this is the upper chakras blue, indigo violet etc. which are out of body from one perspective as all disorder, dis-eases etc. manifest in the lower 3 chakras, red orange and yellow, the denser energies the compressed expansive jupiter archetypal energy, the satonian energies the ice of the water... so when we dive into the depths we are in the abstract fractal realms.. so we have all of the colours, chakras vibration states in each chakra so having an outer body experience in the body would be the blues and violets of the red, orange and yellow chakra energetics. These are the aspects of consciousness/god that directly speak to us and are saying it's shifting into these experiences more and so more connection of and to the body is needed but from a yogic 5th limb perspective, Pratayhara freedom from the desires of the senses which is what we connect to devil energetics .. it's about being in these lower chakra in these higher states and not falling prey to the base line instincts... feel we've not worded well but we are only starting on it all! wow. yes, my 21 yo son. I had to put everything aside; stop everything I was doing to help him get back on his feet. He had been suffering from depression since 19 yo; refusing help from anyone. God is great and he came back home a month ago. He was so skinny and pale when he returned home. He is doing so much better now. He has improved so much. He is eating well, has gained some weight. He is laughing and making jokes again. Never let depression say the last word!! Be there for the people you love. Be there for each other. I made him homemade food. We have been cooking together. I wish everyone who has been struggling with depression to never give up finding your way out of it. "It is through the crack that light comes in." ❤

Mind blowingly spot on for where I've been for YEARS and the strong transition occurring in recent times, intensifying/ clarifying further in recent weeks. So many things you've said are practically word for word things I've seen/ heard in myself in this shift, or things I have already been doing (eg; more gardening! releasing tension from my overburdened shoulders!, etc...). Cried at one point during this because it so hit Home.
