Carlos Alcarez is a very good player. So are many other players, that don't have managers, publicist etc. Carlos is way over rated, For he can be & he was defeated, in so early & often, in hus career? unlike, several other retired former players. Yes he plays good, but his, not going to last for as long, as many other players. I liked Bjorn Borg too, yet he burned out much sooner, than J.C / JIMMY CONNORS. It seems to me, he is on the same pattern too.

Im very surprised Gunter Bresnik. (Ex Dominic Thiem coach ) thinks Alcaraz was just lucky. And that he wouldn’t be able to play Fed ,Nadal or Novak in their prime .What a dumb statement. He’s possible frustrated. Because Thiem didn’t last long ? Comparing tennis players with past players seems pointless

Alcaraz is good but lets see how things go for him. Right now, he is very lucky. He finished 2022 as number one, the youngest ever. He was able to achieve this milestone because Djokovic won Wimbledon 2022 and didn't receive the 2,000 points he would have. This hurt doubly bad because Novak won the title in 2021. That means he won the title in 2022 and the net result was a loss of 2,000 points. With those points added, Alcaraz and Djokovic were tied for the year in points. Now factor in that Novak was a finalist at the U.S. Open in 2021. That earned him 1,300 points. He wasn't allowed to play in 2022, so he lost those points. Yep, Alcaraz achieved his career end ranking through a series of events that hurt Djokovic's point total, otherwise, Alcaraz would have been second. It was a real achievement for Alcaraz anyway, but lets have him win some more Grand Slams before we anoint him the successor to the Big Three. He may be another Andy Roddick or Juan Martin del Potro. I personally believe we will not see anything like the Big Three ever again. You just can't be good. You have to know how to win. Alcaraz did not demonstrate that at the French Open this year.

Where do they get these moronic narrators from? Morons Inc? It's not 6 to 2 and 6 to 3 it's 6-2 and 6-3 and the guy's name is Zverev not Zeverev. But then he is a Yank so he can't be blamed for being ignorant.l

Once Djokovic is gone (retired) no body in current generation can stop Alcaraz.. if alcaraz remains focused and does not let sucess get to his head he can dominate mens tennis for 7-8 yrs and can win upto 16 GS in that duration

But the complete player, was distroide not long ago, by Marozsan, Alcaraz was running like a chook without a head. Don't make him God yet, He became a world number 1 because, after Djokovic, was robbed of big tournaments and also points of Wimbledon Grand Slam, last year. I wish that this reporters, be more realistic and fair, whoever loves tennis, they should know. 😉

To get 3 new greatest we need a new Roger Federer. Without Roger we wouldn’t have Nadal and Djokovic. If Alcaraz is going to have 25 Grand Slams he needs to become the new Federer.

AMAZING Tennis Player, My Favourite Tennnis player, and I believe that he is the Greatest of all time. He has all the “SHOTS” in the Book. He is so light on his feet, he was like a “Ballet Dancer” Has a beautiful demeanour and Discipline and Humility on the court, whether winning or losing,. He is very likable and Loved and Admired World wide because of his Generosity, his Charitable Contributions, his Mannerisms, and Great Sportsmanship, and Respect for all the players whether they are No. 1 or 1001. He is known everywhere he goes, can’t be hidden. His name is synonymous with TENNIS. I really miss him on the Tennis Court, hope he is enjoying this transition and I wish him and his beautiful family All the very best in life, and many blessings. Kudos to you Roger. 👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Love ❤️💕😀🙏

Roger Federer loved to play tennis he was always a good sport never belittling his opponents. It was not unexpected to see him friendly and sincere in everything he did. He kept his emotions on an even keel. I as many others miss him. As with Nadal Who also loved the game.
