This man may be a spiritualist, but it seems he has mental health issues, which he is currently manifesting in this interview through delusional thoughts. Claiming he sent $250 million and $4 million is generally part of the delusional thoughts peculiar to people suffering from serious mental health problems such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. He believes what he is saying and is not deliberately lying, but he is not aware of the inaccuracies. Another way the mental health issues manifest is through exaggeration. He may have sent $250 or $2500 and exaggerates it as $250 million. Arnold was just wasting his time trying to engage in rational thinking about the money issue.
