Fantastic video. Saw it too late I think for the draw, but I would have chosen 169. You even tell people where to get the wood, how cool is that!

When you add the powder colors, doesn't it reduce the bubbles because it somehow thickens the mixture? Love Teal or Turquoise color !

Your lighter covers are great! Thanks for the video of how you do it.😊 💖 I use resin and UV resin, but can you believe I haven't used molds yet for it ? This looks like a super fun project. I definitely want to try it. I did learn that the chemicals in resin can cause serious lung and skin issues though, and over time you can develop a serious allergic reaction to it. Anyways, I now use a good respirator and nitrile gloves,...just proper PPE with it. And I no longer cure it in my house because of the fumes. I love working with resin,...and I really don't want to get sick from it, or not be able to use it after awhile. It is so fun to create with, but now I'm just more careful with it. It's such a fantastic medium for art. Great video, Jordy! Thanks for sharing!😊👍I've got the molds in my cart.

Hi, Jordy. Just stumbled upon this video. You are a kind man. I love listening to you on these youtube videos. You have a crapload of wisdom that more people should hear. I'm an older fart ready to retire from teaching. You are a good teacher. Dave

Wow, great video, great teaching, and great encouragement <3 - I watched all the way through and has now inspired me to get creating. As a complete newb to this would you suggest just getting the basic gear like Dremel 4300 (over the 4000?) plus Flex Shaft Rotary Tool Attachment and save the pedal for an upgrade later, or does the pedal really help as a beginner? And other than the 1/8 Extreme Flame Burr from Kutzall is there another you'd recommend as a beginner? Thanks so much if you have the time to reply!
@CarvingFusion4 күн бұрын
I think the 4300 or 4000 is a great start with the flex shaft, a cheap on off foot pedal realy helps so u don't have to keep turning the dremel on amd off by hand, kutzal longer silver tapper but is good to have as well
@dalstonisdeadКүн бұрын
@@CarvingFusion Thank you so much for replying so quickly! What head size would you suggest for the taper burr? Also is it safe to buy electronics from Amazon, I've heard they sell on products that aren't brand new?
