Just did the same thing. My replacement sensor didn't work. Then my house burned down. Not related to the washing machine. Thanks for posting this.

Thanks for the vid. I have different model washer than you with the same basic setup. A couple things i did that i think helped mine; cleaned the magnets for the stator and motor, hit my contacts (that also looked extremely clean) for the position sensor with a few swipes of 1000 grit sandpaper, and hand tightened that big nut on the shaft accessible after the stator is removed. My model has a water proof dielectric gel on some of the sensor so the harness contacts were the only part accessible by water but nothing looked corroded. The magnets on the stator and motor looked like they had a few instances of touching so hopefully with the cleaning and the tightened nut there will be less wobble and less contact. That problem is now gone. This model hates being unplugged or disconnected from power for some reason though, so i have a new problem that i have had to fix before but your video helped with the important one lol. Thanks. -peace

Well done. I have issues when I unplug the power and plug it back in too. To fix it, I factory reset the washing machine computer - I can't remember what the key combination is but I just Google it each time.

As a Pakeha descendant of William Kennard who farmed in Otago from 1838 Im horrified with the attack on Colonisation by Maori which was welcomed by the Chiefs who by courtesy were offered a Treaty for Governance by the Monarchy. This was confirmed at Kohimarama Conference which is an amazing read of records. Some of the Chiefs considered themselves Pakeha after signing as if it was a cementing of their former Baptism into Tikanga Christianity its a beautiful story being grossly defamed.

Hi Im in Turangi and have an MW513 with a 112 code second third and fourth lights on reading left to right? It’s my late Mums machine and I want to donate it to local charity store but want to make sure it’s working. Been in my garage since 2017. Was working fine back then so not sure why it would have a code now. Cheapest motor controller I can find is from F&P direct for $234. Not sure it’s worth fixing although new they are still $1199.I found a controller on TradeMe, its updated version 429213NAP which supersedes my 421297NAP. Its second hand with reserve $95 buy now $125. I check motor resistance 39 ohms across two terminals. Is that what causes these faults as 112 error relates to currant reading. Is it usually a faulty controller which throws the fault or a problem with the motor? Thanks

Hi, I have a system with LiFEPO4 batteries and I have connected the Epever Tracer AN to the computer to set the parameters as "USER". In the "Parameters - Control Parameters" menu I saw that there are 3 screens that can be select, labelled "Sealed", "LIFEPO4" or "Li Battery" respectively, and in each of them I can select "USER". Should I only use the "LiFEPO4" screen, or can the "USER" selection be made indiscriminately in any screen (even Sealed or Li Battery) and EPEVER will automatically recognise it uniquely? The EPEVER is great but the SW component is unfortunately not accompanied by a sufficiently detailed manual. Thank you in advance from Italy 😃

I don't know what you've been watching on ytube but that repair looks awful. You should have watched a twoodfrd video on a headstock break. After that the realization only a professional can repair such a mishap comes quickly. Unless of course the headstock break happens to a cheap guitar, the repair by a skilled professional like twoodfrd might not be worth it. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/a9ldftyBzZnYf40.html

3:44 a quick note here, 1003 and 998 mA is around 1A and not 10A. at 4.2V and 1A is at around 4.2W of power of discharging each. 10A would be really quick and hard on this cells :D

Somethings to add. First check the fit, the interior or exterior structure of the wood probably changed. Too much glue can be wiped, too little to fill the gaps cant be seen. Also you can add sawdust to the glue, for cosmetics

You don't actually need the Epever PAL-ADP-50AN. When I included it my system it was less efficient and Epever didn't provide a reason why. So, instead I run my units in Serial and have just one USB connection to Home Assistant and it works perfectly. I can still access each unit separately to get stats.

Bravo I like your work you can also add 15S LiIon I use this setup for Parallel with Lead It would also be nice to be able to tell the sheet the current of your single cell and how many you have in parallel so you also know the maximum charge and discharge current to set And when you want the maximum and minimum cell to be downloaded So as to have even more parameters to see I see in your parameters you exploit the cell a lot I often with the LiIon since I take them used I never go at maximum charge 4.2V and minimum discharge 3V But I always keep a little less to stretch battery life

You sir are a godsend. Thank you 🙏🏼. Got my wife’s 14 year old washing machine back up and running again. They weren’t corroded but gave them a little scrap with the flat blade screw driver and put it back together. Absolutely impressed by this thing still going for it’s age. Only thing I’ve done was replaced the agitator about 18 months ago and now this. Runs like a dream. Well done F&P.

I ordered a replacement sensor as cleaning the old one which I had successfully done before did not solve problem this time. While waiting over two weeks for part to travel from Melbourne to Auckland 🪴👎!, I decided to dive into the control box and jiggle the 4 wire sensor connector in and out. This fixed the issue. Always two ends to wiring! Plugs move towards back of machine to come out , not upwards.

Had this problem today and managed to fix it. It did take me to goes though. I've been using this machine outside for the past 5 years. It was originally used inside. So I followed your advice but I didn't scrape the terminals. Someone mentioned using vinegar and a Qtip. I did that and put it back together but same problem. Dismantled again and scraped the four terminals with a sharp strong needle, I also used the needle to carefully close the gap on the female terminals inside the plug. I also used some very fine sandpaper to clean the rust stains of the rotor and quickly did the same on the inside of the housing. Probably a waste of time ? But as I mentioned this machine lives outside, full weather exposure. I'm just going to check if it's still running. I'm in Rinse 2 ! Happy Days. Thanks for the video.
