I know this is an old video but I want to point out that the lyric is incorrect. He doesn't say "Hail Satan" he sings "Hell Satan". I think it's pretty funny that nost people miss this because Ghost is known for wordplay like that.

...Oh good. A hunan being. Half the people reacting to Tom MacDonald either have literally never heard music before ("wow... a song talking about the system is a song that exists... Ghost just came out with a movie called “Rite Here Rite Now”! It was the best movie i’ve watched and it came with a new song, “The Future is a Foreign Land”. It’s been stuck in my head ever since I watched the movie 😭

This is what musicianship is all about. Pushing the envelope and being so creative that it can't be contained and sharing the masterpiece with the world. This album is A++. The music in this cover is outstanding. The vocals got a lot if praise from people who are ghost fans, which makes sense. Of course you’ll like the vocals if you’re into the band. I’ve never heard ghost before this and the vocals seem really lacking. Paul D’ianno had such a powerful voice and it’s just a let down to hear this great song played so well with weak vocals. It’s a bit like watching this dude in the video banging his head off beat and his hands looking like they’re fighting off the urge to strangle him as he morphs back n forth between looking like he wants to be a rapper and playing a strangely shaped air guitar. I’ll stick to the original and one of the other reaction channels for the rare occasions that I feel the need to watch such a thing. If you can’t produce content of your win and insist on the lowest form of content creation other than “prank” channels, at least have something meaningful to contribute about the song you’re using for content. The guy said a few times he used to hate metal and he’s new to bring a metal fan and blah blah blah…. It seems like he became a metal song “reactor” to fill some hold he perceived in the reactor channel space, not because he’s suddenly had a revelation and become a late blooming metal head. He doesn’t seem to actually enjoy the music but is doing a poor job of acting like a metal head for the camera. Jus sayin.
